How we work
Our presentational style is informal and interactive. We invite questions and we find that our audiences almost always have questions that have bothered them for years.
We use real examples of writing and drafting to show what can go wrong and how to avoid mistakes. On contract drafting in particular we refer to the decided cases to show just how badly things can go wrong.
We provide full speaker notes after our sessions, including useful checklists that people can refer to later.
We teach groups and individuals of all levels, including those who don’t have English as their first language.
